Limited to 200 Subscribers.
Doors Open at 5:30 pm, Dinner is served at 6:00 pm and the Speaker is introduced at 7:00pm.
$75 per person for Lakeway Activity Center Members and $ 85 for Non-Members.
The Dinners are BYOB.

January 18, 2009 - Dr. James C. Pennebaker
Chairman of the Psychology Department at U.T. His title is "What Our Words Say to Us." He plans to ask us "Do our words really mean what we say?"

February 15, 2009 - David Ansel
One of Austin's most unique businessmen. His title is "A Fairly Accurate History of the Soup Peddler: An Old-Fashioned Modern Day Success Story." He went from a high tech cubicle to become a bicycle entrepreneur - and found success!

March 15, 2009 - Dr. Steve Fought
Recently retired Air Force Lt. Colonel. His title is "What Can the U.S. Defense Department Anticipate Under the New Administration?" As the former Dean of the Air Force War College, he will give an expert's insight.

“Hollywood Glamour” is the theme, so dust off your top hat and gloves or get your vintage gown and get ready for an evening filled with “Rat Pack” style music performed by Dave Cummings Band with Barbara Calderaro.

Relive yesteryear with songs from the Hollywood era with a few holiday surprises. Dinner, music, party favors and decorations are provided, bring your friends and neighbors for an enjoyable evening close to home. Come to Old Hollywood without leaving Lakeway!

Fireworks Prohibited in Lakeway Texas

The sale, use, display, or possession of fireworks, except when approved by the City Council, is prohibited within the city limits of Lakeway. Call 314.7590 or 314.7500 for clarification or for more information.
